PAPER PIECING

  This is my first attempt at using paper piecing. Normally I am very OCD at matching papers up to my coloured image so this technique is perfect for me.  I have used one of my trusty CC Designs stamps and teamed it with my lovely Kaisercraft "Le Chateau" papers.  I have paper pieced her hair, boots and dress.  I think next time I'll use paper with a bolder  pattern so that the paper piecing is more obvious.

    I think it looks brilliant Mel and the black gems and pins are so striking against that paper. You're too damn good at matching things! The image matches perfect and I love the piecing, wish I could see it in real life!!
